Return and Refund Policy
Returns
Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you had received it.
Refunds usually take 5-7 business working days to process and appear in your bank account. If you don’t get a refund after 10 days, please write to us with the order details and transaction ID at info@thesalestation.com.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as fresh fruits and vegetables and dairy products cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods.
Acceptance of returns & refund post-delivery is subject to a satisfactory inspection by our customer service team. Please get in touch with us at +91 9916605110 for any such requests.

- Gift cards
- Some health and personal care items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase (Invoice copy with order details)
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Any item not in its original condition or is damaged for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or any original method of payment within a certain working day.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account, depending on your mode of payment contact your credit card company or your bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted by the bank/credit card.

Cancellations
An order cancellation request will be accepted only of the product has not yet been shipped by us.
If request for cancellation is accepted, you are entitled to get a refund of the entire amount.
Yajur Naturals reserves the right to cancel or refuse to accept any order placed due to various reasons including but not limited to, the non-availability of stock, pricing errors, informational errors or problems identified with the personal/financial details provided by the customer.
